Aristarchus 13 November 2005

Equipment

In all cases, apart from Aristarchus close-up, equipment and method was as follows:

Scope: Meade ETX 125 Mak. Cass.
Camera: Canon PowerShot A70 (3.2 meg pixel)
Method: 40 mm eyepiece projection (camera coupled to eyepiece)
Image Processing: Open image in Microspft Picture Editor, then increase
colour saturation to 100%, and save the result.

For the Aristarchus close-up, the same scope was used, but with a ToUcam Pro
webcam and a 2X Barlow lens.
